Not everyone has the luxury of a job that can be done from home. But everyone can earn real money without even leaving the couch!
I was sceptical to begin with. It sounds ridiculous, but then I tried it, and you know what…?
It’s exactly good enough to be completely true!
In fact, there were a bunch of things on this list that I was doing anyway without being paid at all!
Rather than being angry at the extra money that I hadn’t been getting all these years, I made myself this simple promise:
Say yes to free money!
And this is how I started doing exactly that. These are the ways I’ve found to make some extra money from home.
1. Getting Paid to Watch!
We’re all watching TV, and most of our TV services are collecting data on what we watch, but almost none of us are getting paid for that data!
And there’s no reason not to! This is free money you’re not picking up!

Or Watch Other Videos!
These options will pay you to watch the videos they need watched. A little less fun than watching whatever you’re going to watch anyway, but still: it’s money for sitting there! You’re sitting there anyway!

2. Getting Paid to Play
Swagbucks and InboxDollars both have online games they’ll pay you to spend time with.
And so does Mistplay. If you like to unwind with a bit of “mindless” play, why wouldn’t you want to get paid for that?!
3. Getting Paid to Spend
I don’t know about you, but most of my shopping happens from the couch. Thankfully, most of my shopping also earns me rewards, which are either points or straight up money!
Check out these options. It’s always worth seeing if what I’m about to buy from Amazon could earn me points or cash:

4. Getting Paid to Search
We all use online search, but do you get paid for it?
These services will kick back to you for any of the searches you run through them, rather than your usual Google/Bing/Yahoo search. This really is one of the easiest ways to make some extra money from home.

5. Getting Paid to Listen
If you’re chilling out with some music, why not get a slice of the pie? Because you can, and you should!
6. Take Some Surveys
And when you are sat on the couch, you could always answer a few questions, right?
These services will all pay you for your opinions. It’s a great way to painlessly turn your spare time into spare cash.

7. Be Beta Tester
Same same but specifically for testing out websites and programs, you can sign up to be a beta-tester.
8. Clickwork? Don’t Mind If I Do!
Clickwork is a recent phenomenon where “simple” tasks like data entry and box ticking are farmed out to people with time and the willingness to give their time to do what whoever needs it hasn’t done.
These sorts of jobs might take a little more attention than lounging around watching videos or answering simple questions, but they can be very good ways to earn some extra money.
9. Proofreading & Transcription
More challenging than clickwork, but less challenging than…a marathon?… These services are a great way of converting your skills and time into cash!
